The Department for Infrastructure and Transport was improving public transport travel along Golden Grove Road by adding bus priority treatments at four key intersections including:
Golden Grove Road / The Grove Way / Yatala Vale Road
Grenfell Road / Golden Grove Road
Milne Road / Golden Grove Road
North East Road / Modbury Avenue / Golden Grove Road
In partnership with GHD, Be Engineering Solutions was engaged to conduct traffic modelling for the project.
The scope of work involved undertaking site investigations during AM and PM peaks, assessing performance impacts of proposed schemes, refinement and development of alternate schemes and preparing Traffic Analysis and Modelling Reports documenting modelled results.
