Lucy is a skilled Traffic Engineer with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Adelaide. Since joining Be Engineering Solutions, Lucy has built in an impressive portfolio across multiple projects, developing her expertise in traffic investigation and assessment, traffic and crash data analysis and project management. She has gained a comprehensive understanding of departmental policies in addition to the Australian Standards, Austroads Guidelines in relation to road design, traffic management and road safety.
Lucy has a strong foundation in SIDRA modelling, which has been pivotal in her involvement in several transport planning and traffic modelling projects. Notable projects include the Golden Grove Road Upgrade Stage 2, the Transport Network Planning Study, and the Hackham Code Amendment projects. Her contributions have consistently led to enhanced traffic management and improved project outcomes.
With experience in local government through secondments, Lucy has gained a deep understanding of governance, community expectations, and the regulatory framework surrounding traffic and parking concerns on local road networks. This experience allows her to address community needs and align project goals with broader public objectives.
