Howey is a skilled Senior Landscape Architect with a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Adelaide, earned in 2017, and professional registration with the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) in 2023. With a strong foundation in both design and project delivery, Howey brings valuable expertise in landscape architecture and urban design to our consultancy, specialising in open space and streetscape projects.
Howey has developed advanced proficiency in Civil CAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp, allowing her to produce high-quality, detailed designs and visualisations. Her experience in local government with the City of Prospect, City of Marion and City of Playford involved extensive work in open space landscaping, playground design, detailed design documentation, tender administration, and graphic design. These roles honed her ability to deliver functional and aesthetically engaged designs that meet community needs and align with government standards.
With a growing portfolio in road design and streetscape projects, Howey has contributed to several impactful initiatives, including the Light Regional Wine Capital Trail, Rosewater Loop Shared Use Path, and Hutt Road Access Improvements and Greening Street Detailed Design Projects. Her experience in developing masterplans and concept designs reflects her capability in creating well-integrated, user-focused landscapes that enhance public spaces and promote active transport solutions.
