Bill is a Senior Traffic and Road Safety Consultant with more than 37 years of experience in State and Local Government and private enterprise.
ill’s experience comprises traffic engineering and management, traffic planning, cycling, behavioral road safety programs, road safety education and development assessments. He has held senior positions in state and local government.
Bill introduced the Safe Routes to School program (now Way2Go) into South Australia. His expertise in pedestrian safety is highly regarded, as are his skills in developing and implementing strategic and innovative transport and road safety programs.
